These terms apply to Driftholm — the game, the Android app and https://driftholm.fun — run by Driftholm, Slovakia. By playing you accept them.

The game

Driftholm is free to play. There are no purchases. You may play it for personal, non-commercial use.

Accounts

An account is optional and uses Google sign-in. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time.

Gold and items

Gold, resources, airship modules, settlements, heroes and skins are part of the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and may be rebalanced or reset when the game changes.

Fair play

We may remove leaderboard entries or accounts that break these rules.

No cheating, modified clients, bots or exploiting bugs in online raids or the leaderboard.
No offensive, hateful or impersonating names.
No attacks on or overloading of our servers.

Availability

We work hard to keep the game running, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees of availability. We may change, pause or end the game or individual features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Content and credits

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovakia; mandatory consumer protection in your country still applies.
