Delete your account

You can delete your Driftholm account and all its data at any time.

In the game (instant)

1. Open Driftholm and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. In the main menu, open Settings (the gear icon).
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm. Everything is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name and picture), statistics, raid history, synced progress (gold, perks, heroes, skins, stars) and your leaderboard entry. Nothing is kept, except backups that are overwritten within 30 days.

Played without an account? Then we have no data about you — progress lives only on your device and disappears when you uninstall the app or clear the browser data.

Can't open the game?

Send us a deletion request with the e-mail address of your Google account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
